Property Portfolio Manager

As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the management and optimization of commercial real estate assets across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will support portfolio-related decision-making through market analysis, transaction management and close collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to the alignment of real estate activities with business and investment objectives.

Responsibilities

Managing the acquisition, disposal and strategic development of commercial real estate assets across the CEE region; Supporting portfolio optimization through market analysis and performance evaluation; Conducting real estate valuations and financial assessments to support investment decisions; Managing property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations; Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, risks and market trends; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align real estate activities with business objectives; Supporting the development and execution of regional real estate strategies; Maintaining strong relationships with external partners, consultants and service providers; Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and governance requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Several years of experience in commercial real estate, property investment or portfolio management; Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, valuation methodologies and transaction processes within the CEE region; Experience in property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and portfolio management; Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to assess investment opportunities and risks; Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills in an international environment; High level of professionalism, business acumen and ability to work independently; Knowledge of commercial property transactions and contract management processes; Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have

Professional qualification in real estate valuation or property investment (e.g. RICS, MRICS, CCIM)
