We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Phoenix, AZ office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs; Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables; Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups; Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program; Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required ); Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); 2 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).; Strong work ethic; Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives; Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments; Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines; Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks; Strong grammar and creative writing skills; Ability to work independently when needed
