Position Summary

We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant to support community outreach, public-facing communication, and promotional events. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable representing a company while building positive relationships with different audiences.

Responsibilities

Assist with public relations initiatives and community outreach activities; Help prepare informational materials and promotional resources; Communicate company, product, and service information accurately; Support public-facing events and customer engagement activities; Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally at assigned activities; Help coordinate outreach schedules and event preparations; Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members; Gather feedback from customers and community participants; Share observations that may help strengthen public engagement; Work with colleagues to maintain consistent and professional communication

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor; Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills; Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences; Ability to collaborate and manage multiple responsibilities; Previous public relations, communications, event, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
