Purchase to Pay Intern (Paid Internship)

Sonar is seeking a college student to join its Purchase-to-Pay team as a Part-Time Hourly Intern for up to 20 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week over the summer. This year-long paid internship offers an opportunity to dive deep into financial operations, gain real-world experience, and fast-track understanding of critical business processes at a growing software company.

Responsibilities

Processing vendor bills with precision; Collaborating with requestors to confirm receipt of goods or services; Deploying AI knowledge into real-world impact; Matching vendor bills to purchase orders and goods received; Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university; Proficient in standard computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as a team player; Proactive, problem-solving mindset; No visa sponsorship supported in the US
