Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable Python applications.; Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.; Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following best practices.; Participate in code reviews and promote high engineering standards.; Integrate, test, debug, and maintain applications across multiple environments.; Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transform business requirements into technical solutions.; Support feature estimation, prioritization, and technical improvements.; Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.; Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and development practices.; Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.; 3+ years of professional experience with Python development.; Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.; Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.; Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.; Knowledge of REST APIs and software integration patterns.; Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.; Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.; Understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing.; Fluent English
