Responsibilities

Identify improvement opportunities within the Quality Management System (QMS) and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions; Take responsibility for the digitalization of QMS processes and activities, with a strong focus on supporting Q-Lab and the Q-Steering process; Develop and program digital solutions within the BMW environment using the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence; Interpret and set up data analysis tools and work with complex datasets to identify patterns, derive insights and support data-driven decision-making; Contribute to the continuous development of standards, including methods, tools, strategies and analysis systems; Meet internal customers, understand their pain points and requirements, propose solutions and iterate on them together with customers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in IT, computer science or a related field; Good knowledge of MS Office applications; Good understanding of statistics and ability to evaluate and interpret complex data; Strong affinity for digitalization, data analytics and artificial intelligence; Motivation to explore new technologies; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Confident communication and enjoyment of working with stakeholders from different departments and areas of expertise; Fluency in English

Experience in web development; Hungarian language
