Quality Officer

As a Quality Officer, you are responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality and reliability of products, processes, and systems across the organization. You play a key role in developing and enforcing quality policies, conducting audits, and initiating improvement projects in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components; Monitor and improve the reliability of new product development processes and testing processes to ensure quality; Actively participating in meetings with development and other teams; Organizes and prepares for periodic process, product, and procedural assessments (internal checks); Processes information in the quality management system and prepares quality management reports; Provide support to other areas as and when required; Training employees

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, audit, or regulatory oversight, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., product development/manufacturing); Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, financial regulations, or sector-specific compliance frameworks; Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to deliver complex information in a clear and structured way; High level of integrity, independence, and sound judgment; Fluent Dutch and English
