Rail Deployment Supervisor

We’re looking for a credible on-track rail professional to support the rollout of a new possession support system. This is a practical, site-focused role suited to someone from a safety-critical background who thrives on track and wants a new challenge.

Responsibilities

Attend night possessions to support deployment activities; Follow structured processes and resolve real-time on-site issues; Coach and guide track teams on new ways of working; Feedback risks, issues, and observations to the Project Manager

Requirements

Previous experience as an ES, COSS, SWL, H&S Advisor, or similar; Strong credibility on site with excellent people skills; Calm, practical, and solutions-focused; Comfortable with basic reporting and technology; Full UK driving licence; Happy working predominantly nights
