Responsibilities

Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service; Take initiative to add a personalized experience; Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Requirements

Should have min. 1 years of experience as Receptionist for a 5 Star Resort in UAE; Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German / Russian / French languages would be a Plus; Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory; Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders; Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
