About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to own top-of-funnel sourcing and interview coordination. You'll keep the team organized, managing all coordination so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on evaluation. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on hiring speed and candidate experience.

Location

San Francisco. We're an in-person team — 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.

Responsibilities

Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling, prep, reschedules, and status updates.; Partner with hiring manager and recruiters to deliver world class interview experiences.; Greet candidates and see around corners during onsite interviews.; Keep the ATS clean and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage.; Help document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows as we scale.

Requirements

Academic or professional experience in coordination, or a related high-volume operations role.; High attention to detail and comfort running many live processes at once.; Clear written communication and a strong focus on candidate experience.; High agency, speed and a builder mindset.
