Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients; Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework; Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or shopping trips; Support clients with personal care activities, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming; Help administer medication as directed; Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients; Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team; Document and report on client's condition and care provided; Adapt to changing client needs and schedules; Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Compassionate and kind-hearted nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational abilities and reliability; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends; Exceptional time management skills and punctuality; Physical stamina to assist clients with daily activities; Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a care setting; Willingness to travel within the assigned area to reach clients; Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (other transportation methods may be considered based on client needs and location); No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided
