Responsibilities

About the Role; As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will be matched with a small group of regular clients in your local area, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care.; Unlike many care providers, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour, meaning you have time to provide genuine support and companionship.; Your duties may include:; Providing companionship and conversation; Helping clients with morning and evening routines; Supporting with personal care such as dressing or showering; Prompting medication; Preparing simple meals; Light household tasks; Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities; Pay & Benefits; £13.75 – £16.50 per hour; Paid mileage, travel and waiting time; Flexible working hours available; Industry-leading training and Care Certification; Career progression opportunities; Full PPE provided; Employee benefits scheme; Supportive and friendly local office team

Requirements

What we’re looking for; A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle; Availability to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends; A caring, patient and reliable nature; A willingness to support clients in Warminster and surrounding areas; Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
