As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run your own 360° recruitment desk – building relationships, winning business and matching talented candidates with brilliant clients.

Responsibilities

Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media & meetings; Promoting Hunter Selection’s services and unique selling points; Negotiating commercial terms; Business Development; Client & Candidate Management; Taking detailed vacancy briefs; Building long-lasting client partnerships; Advertising roles, sourcing talent and using our tools, databases & networks; Interviewing and assessing candidates; Managing interviews, feedback and the offer process; Ensuring smooth communication until placement; Organisation & Quality; Following structured processes to ensure high-quality service; Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively; Upholding professional standards across all social media activity
