Recruitment Consultant

The Green Recruitment Company (TGRC) is a leading international recruitment firm specializing in the renewable energy sector. Founded in London in 2010, we operate globally with offices in New York, Orlando, Cape Town, Beijing, Madrid, Düsseldorf, and Singapore. We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies; Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews; Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation; Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey; Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis; Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish; Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector; Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Nice to have

Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles
