Regional Director, Los Angeles

3i is an invitation-only community of family offices and private investors sharing deals, insights, and contacts. The Regional Director will grow the 3i community in Los Angeles by driving new member growth and retention, with growth coming entirely through member referrals. The role reports to the Executive Director for the region.

Responsibilities

New member growth in Los Angeles, including sourcing introductions from members, running membership conversations, and taking prospects through references and invitation; Onboarding new members so they are active on the platform, on the events calendar, and connected to other members in their first weeks; Ensuring members get value from deals, events, and introductions; Conducting prepared quarterly conversations with every member brought in; Partnering with the investment team so members hear about relevant deals; Identifying themes, curating rooms, and hosting events in the Los Angeles market, including small curated dinners and larger events; Logging every conversation in HubSpot and recording calls on Gong

Requirements

3+ years in a customer-facing role; Comfortable asking a member for an introduction and asking a prospective member to join; Wants to be coached and acts on specific, direct feedback; Internally motivated; Curious, takes notes, and asks the second question; Credible with accomplished people; Executive presence required; Moves with urgency and holds a high standard

Experience with sophisticated buyers; Experience carrying a quota
