Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You'll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You'll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.

Requirements

Active RBT certification or the drive to earn one; Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity; Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings; Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids; Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools; Able to lift ~50 lbs and keep up physically; At least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent; Pass a background check
