My client are seeking a Registered Home Manager to join a small to medium sized care home currently providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents. Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager with an elderly care home; NVQ Level 5 or willingness to work towards; Exposure to leading CQC inspections and a strong understanding of governance; Sound understanding of CQC regulations, staffing, occupancy and financial performance; Ability to build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals and the local community; Ability to motivate teams, develop future talent and embed a positive culture across the home
