Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool - Part Time

Join team Sinai's Internal Pool program! Internal Pool RNs float to three units at Aurora Sinai. These units include: Med surg/ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Medical Telemetry and ED boarding. The Internal Float Pool RN at Aurora Sinai Medical Center provides flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units, supporting staffing needs and ensuring continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience; Provide flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units, supporting staffing needs and ensuring continuity of care

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; 1+ year Acute RN experience; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Commitment to teamwork, communication, and continual professional growth
