Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - Emergency Department

Our Emergency Department provides comprehensive care for all ages, including advanced stroke and heart services. The unit features 34 acute beds, 6 Super Track beds, and 4 Behavioral Health beds. As a designated stroke center, most stroke cases are managed on-site, and myocardial infarctions are treated through our interventional cardiology services—providing specialized care without the need for transfer.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Less than 1 year of RN experience
