Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Join our international Operations team and help ensure that our Digital Solutions portfolio remains compliant with global regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Management, Quality, Legal and external regulatory authorities to support compliance, homologation, and regulatory strategy activities worldwide.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support compliance with global standards, regulations and homologation requirements,; Lead or contribute to international regulatory implementation projects,; Partner with Quality and Technical Compliance teams to minimize regulatory risks,; Support structured problem-solving activities and compliance investigations,; Represent Continental in interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and industry working groups,; Drive process improvements and support the maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes.

Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related field.; 3+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Process Management, or a similar area,; Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment,; Knowledge of standards and regulations, certification processes, homologation and/or technical compliance,; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,; Advanced Power BI and automation skills are highly valued,; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions,; Proficient English language skills (written and verbal),; Availability for international travels (up to 15%).
