Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager to oversee non-financial reporting (HR, credit, fraud, etc.) while contributing to our expansion in Western Europe. You'll ensure our regulatory reports are on time and flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating non-financial regulatory reports and key information for France (e.g., labour inspection, over indebtedness committee, Egapro); Preparing the same for future EU markets as part of our migration scoping; Ensuring key stakeholders have the proper production tools, processes, and roadmap to meet regulator expectations; Coordinating setup, changes, or remediations to listed regulatory reports; Submitting regulatory reports in coordination with the regulator

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a regulatory reporting or audit role within a bank or regulated financial services firm; Experience as a consultant or auditor focused on regulatory reporting in a Big 4 or similar environment; A proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions; The ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements; Expertise in developing and improving frameworks to compile new and existing reports; The ability to work independently and manage workload proactively; Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to thrive in a diverse, international team environment; Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Axiom); Expertise in regulatory policy; Involvement in software and IT platform change initiatives
