Responsibilities

Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges; Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments; Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life; Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners; Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones

Requirements

Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology; Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA; Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment; A current WWCC (Working with children check); Full Australian working rights; A valid driver’s licence
