Relationship Banker Business Specialist

As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Kirkwood, MO. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Responsibilities

Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue; Achieves business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners; Responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch; Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing; Proactive lead management and referral generation; Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI; Client experience and Hospitality management; Works with branch team to help them identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals; Creates client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience; Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures; Participates in branch daily operations
