Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Connecticut | Telehealth

Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Sailor Health is on a mission to empower happier, healthier aging through Medicare-covered therapy, dedicated care navigation, and healthcare advocacy. Offers part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Schedule is self-set, 7 days a week available, with no on-call and no evenings required.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using the EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records; Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred; Medicare billing experience a plus
