Research Intern

Intern position in Research and Consultancy department. Primary responsibilities include data collection and analysis to support ongoing projects. The role assists team members in project delivery, with a focus on handling and interpreting data for research and consultancy purposes. JLL Research and Consultancy is based in Kuala Lumpur and provides research and insights to a wide range of external clients covering multiple sectors and disciplines. The intern reports directly to the Director of Research and Consultancy.

Responsibilities

Working directly with the Director of Research and Consultancy and other JLL business lines; Collecting property level data for specific market segments and locations; Monitoring real estate transaction, trends and analysis; Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and consultancy work

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field of study; Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Excellent numerical and analytical skills; good knowledge of IT; Strong organizational and communication skills; Capability to work across multiple disciplines; Fluent English, written and spoken
