Research Specialist

As a Research Specialist, you will join the Culture & Insights team of WPP Media. You will assist the team in conducting proprietary data solutions to improve campaign effectiveness: media effectiveness research, creative assessment, media trend and consumer insights research. You will assist in developing appropriate methodologies, analysis, reporting, and presenting to clients. Once acquainted, you will lead research projects yourself, from drawing up research proposals and designing questionnaires to analyzing results. You will use AI and automation to gain sharper insights faster and turn them into compelling reports and presentations, while working closely with clients, strategists, data experts and creative teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting proprietary data solutions to improve campaign effectiveness; assist in developing methodologies, analysis, reporting, and presenting to clients; lead research projects including research proposals, questionnaire design, and analysis; maintain overview and ensure project planning is on point; use AI and automation to gain sharper insights and create reports and presentations; work closely with clients, strategists, data experts, and creative teams

Requirements

About 3-4 years of experience in market research; curious, proactive and customer oriented; several years of experience in research; make it happen mentality; analytically strong with SPSS and Excel analysis; passion for data and technology; growth mindset; team player; proficient in Microsoft Office and SPSS; ability to combine analytical skills with conceptual thinking; passionate about media; fluent in French, Dutch and English (or willing to become over time)
