You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission , so your income grows with your performance.

Compensation & Earning Potential

- $19/hour base pay to start

- Performance-based commission (uncapped)

- $78K target total compensation for productive agents

- Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually

- Weekly pay and clear performance expectations

This is a merit-based role : the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.

No previous sales experience required—we train the right people.

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods; Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products; Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations; Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques; Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools; Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Requirements

Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement; Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors; Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven; Able to handle rejection and stay positive; Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; Availability to work evenings and weekends
