Restaurant & Bakery Baker - Weekends

Prepare bakery items according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. Responsible for helping to maintain food costs and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times. Performs all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment as directed by Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty.

Responsibilities

Prepare bakery items according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards; Help to maintain food costs and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times; Perform all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment as directed by Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty; Label and date all trays of baked items; Observe proper food storage procedures; Ensure high standards of food safety; Set up and maintain display cases; Follow proper sanitation procedures in the kitchen, walk-ins and dry storage areas; Ensure products are accurately portioned and prepared as specified by recipes; Utilize FIFO standards when preparing items; Assist team members; Provide guest service by communicating and cooperating with front of house staff

Requirements

At least 16 years of age; Weekend availability
