Restaurant Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business from the very beginning, helping to shape service standards, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring outstanding service standards. You’ll work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence, support team development, and help establish a strong culture within a brand-new venue.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team; Maintain exceptional service and guest experience standards; Support daily restaurant operations; Manage reservations and customer enquiries; Recruit, train and develop team members; Handle guest feedback professionally; Support stock control, rotas and operational procedures; Maintain compliance, cleanliness and service standards

Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Floor Manager; Background within a quality hospitality environment; Strong leadership and communication skills; Passion for customer service and hospitality; Organised, proactive and calm under pressure; A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
