Retail Display Installer - Technology

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays; Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs; Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives with accuracy; Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment; Update operating systems and software on display devices; Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues; Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; Respond quickly to field services management within 24 hours of contact; Keep availability updated and accurate; Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Complete necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job before leaving the job site; Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests; Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional; Participate in early morning installations and team installations; Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines; Assist team members as needed; Adhere to timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily; Work independently in a fast-paced environment; Participate and complete training and certification programs; Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows; Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt; Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives; Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership; Ensure customer and client satisfaction according to established shared service field KPIs

Requirements

Willing to travel up to 90 miles from residence to complete assignments; Reliable personal vehicle; Valid driver's license; Current auto insurance; Successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws; Comfortable using hand tools and technology; Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day; Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence in any direction to complete service assignments; Must provide and use tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter); Smartphone with current operating system and active data plan; Comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments; Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Flexible availability Monday through Friday; Weekend and holiday availability as needed; Early morning and late-night availability as needed; Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period; Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments; Effective communication via phone, text, and email; Use a smartphone for clocking in/out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet; Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact; High school diploma or equivalent typically required; Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; Must successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently; Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame; Work collaboratively and autonomously; Reliable transportation and proof of insurance; Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills; Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively; Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills; Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
