Responsibilities

Acquire new riders to serve business needs; Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance; Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles; Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services; Liaise regularly with business management to understand ongoing business activities and their implications for coordinated logistics provision; Prepare and analyze performance reports to support strategic decision-making; Resolve critical logistics problems related to the distribution of supply vs demand; Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed; Develop, maintain, and modernize localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety; Champion the deployment of training materials via HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on-demand education; Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions; Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data; Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity; Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that meet requirements, objectives, and standards; Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner; Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for daily work; Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, cost-effectiveness, and productivity; Promote to other employees the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions

Requirements

2 - 4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations or relevant experience; Negotiation skills; Project Management; Creativity and critical thinking; Problem-solving and decision making; Analysis and reporting skills; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required
