Robotics Lead

We are looking for a Robotics Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of robotic systems for our automation platform. You will lead a cross-functional team, define the technical architecture, and ensure successful delivery of robotics solutions from prototype to deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead robotics system design and architecture; Develop robotics applications using ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python; Drive motion planning, controls, and system integration; Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams; Mentor engineers and review technical designs; Troubleshoot complex robotics and automation challenges.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software and system development; Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, and Linux; Experience with robotic motion planning, control systems, kinematics, and system integration; Hands-on experience with robotics simulation platforms such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or equivalent digital twin environments; Experience deploying robotics applications on NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded computing platforms; Strong understanding of robotics sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, and other perception systems; Experience integrating robotic hardware, embedded systems, motor controllers, and communication protocols; Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams.
