Room Attendant Daily Worker

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas according to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. Employer: Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto.

Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards; Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities; Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms; Check room condition and report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor; Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and follow lost-and-found procedures; Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas; Replenish housekeeping supplies and guest amenities as required; Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, security, and guest privacy; Respond politely and professionally to reasonable guest requests; Complete assigned rooms within the required time and quality standards; Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping staff is preferred; Fresh graduates or candidates without hotel experience may be considered; Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently; Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
