Sales Assistant – Gift Shop (Russian/Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional and personalized manner, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

- Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, while following all cash-handling procedures.

- Maintain the outlet in a clean, organized and attractive condition in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.

- Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure all items are properly displayed, priced and presented.

- Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages.

- Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.

- Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine, service-focused approach with guests.

Requirements

Requirements:; Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality; Fluent in Russian or Arabic ; good command of English is required; Strong communication and customer service skills; Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented; Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Basic computer and POS system knowledge
