As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll bring our collections to life, helping customers express their personal style and making every store visit a welcoming, personalised experience.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Guide customers through our collections, offering styling advice tailored to their needs.; ⁠ ⁠Build lasting customer relationships through thoughtful service and clienteling.; ⁠ ⁠Contribute to the store’s sales targets and celebrate achievements with your team.; ⁠ ⁠Keep the sales floor inviting and well presented, in line with visual merchandising standards.; ⁠ ⁠Support stock organisation and daily store operations, working closely with your colleagues.

Requirements

1.01 Pursues and achieves the turnover objectives required by the company; 1.02 Assist the customer assigned to you during the sales phase by guiding them in the purchase according to company standards; 1.03 Welcomes and enters into a relationship with the customer who "gravitates" in the area assigned to her; 1.04 Collaborates with department colleagues; 1.05 Maintains the order and care of the items on display and in the warehouse; 1.06 Is responsible for the delegations and tasks assigned by the department heads; 1.07 Guarantees that one's image and personal care is in line with company guidelines; 1.08 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities; 1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business; 1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented to the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
