Sales Coordinator, Clark Capital

Clark Capital is seeking a motivated individual with proven organizational and sales skills to support the internal and external sales team in multiple assigned regions. The candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations. The successful candidate will be a team player, resourceful, and selfless in the execution of all tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform customer service; make changes to accounts; open new accounts; maintain a sales and referral database; use telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads; track referrals; schedule sales appointments; fulfill requests for information; handle inbound requests for investment proposals, Morningstar reports, and other requests; coordinate and manage events in assigned territory; track attendees and invite lists in Salesforce; manage planning of event with venue selected; ensure venue meets team needs and is appropriate for number of attendees; ensure compliance with industry and legal regulations and company processes; maintain knowledge in developing trends and technologies in industry; perform other duties as required

Proven organizational and sales skills; self-starter; comfortable managing complex and evolving situations; team player; resourceful; selfless in execution of all tasks; ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines; familiarity with Excel; ability to learn and master internal technologies and programs; willingness and enthusiasm to learn about the investment business; strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic; excellent verbal and writing skills; General Experience - 7 to 12 months
