Sales Development Representative - ANZ

Keepit is looking for an ambitious SDR to join its Sydney team and help build its presence across Australia and New Zealand. As the first and only SDR in the region, you will have an open market to explore, expand, and shape from the ground up, introducing businesses to Keepit's SaaS data protection technology. You will generate pipeline and product awareness, qualify inbound leads, secure meetings with decision-makers, and collaborate with the global SDR team. English is the primary language; CVs should be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

Generate pipeline and product awareness through outbound cold calling, social media, and email marketing; Conduct prospecting calls to qualify inbound leads for sales team colleagues; Secure meetings with key decision-makers; Collaborate with the global SDR team and contribute to the team's success; Use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Cognism, Qualified to prospect, qualify leads, and manage pipeline

Requirements

6+ months of experience in SaaS direct sales; A passion for developing relationships with new people; Strong project and time management skills; Excellent written and oral communication abilities; A self-starting mentality with a keen sense of ownership; Thrive in a fast-paced environment; Manage multiple tasks adeptly; Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and accountability; Thirst for knowledge; Proactive approach to problem-solving; Relentless pursuit of results
