Sales Development Representative

Over the past year, GovEagle has built strong product-market fit (5x revenue) and a customer base that loves us (10x DAU). Using GovEagle's AI agents, our government contracting customers have drastically cut down the time they spend on RFPs while winning more awards. To continue this momentum, the company is hiring a Sales Development Representative. This role will help scale the GTM engine that takes GovEagle to $10M and beyond in revenue.

Responsibilities

Conducting initial outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and social channels (LinkedIn); Collaborating with the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth handoff for qualified leads; Learning and developing an in-depth understanding of GovEagle's product and industry, becoming an expert in AI/LLM technology; Generating qualified leads and contributing to pipeline growth; Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly meeting/lead generation targets; Becoming an expert on GovEagle's product and clearly articulating its value to prospects

Requirements

Comfortable with high-volume outreach via email, phone, and social platforms; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences; A self-starter who's excited about the challenge of building pipeline and finding creative ways to reach new prospects; A collaborative team player who's eager to partner with engineers, sales, and marketing
