Director of Sales (m/f/d)

Are you a strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our Team Leader Sales, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of hotels.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of selected hotels in area of responsibility; Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.; Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.; Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.; Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance.; Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.; Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume.; Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.; A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.; Passionate about creating a positive impact and enhancing the hotel's reputation within the community; It’s all about the experience and the sale, so say Yes I Can!
