Responsibilities

Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.; Partner with leadership to set KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.; Ensure 100% completion of sales training and certifications.; Evaluate training effectiveness and track adoption through performance metrics.; Implement structured coaching and performance improvement frameworks.; Design recognition programs, including President’s Club and annual awards.; Collaborate across teams to modernize sales readiness with new tools and technologies.

Requirements

5+ years in sales enablement, training compliance, or performance management.; Proven ability to connect training outcomes to business KPIs.; Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and dashboards.; Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).; Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.; Knowledge of adult learning principles and reinforcement best practices.
