Sales&Events Executive

ibis Styles Bucharest City Center (Romania) is looking for a colleague into the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Organizes and coordinates all events held on the company's premises (conferences, training sessions, product launches, business meetings, congresses, etc.); Negotiates contracts with clients/beneficiaries; Maintains client relationships before and after events; Promotes and maintains the hotel's pricing policy; Ensures effective online promotion of the hotel

Requirements

Higher education degree – preferably in the field of tourism; Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning/organization; Advanced level of English proficiency; Strong negotiation skills; Relevant experience in sales; Team spirit and collaborative attitude; Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented individual
