Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and grow customer accounts within the electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors.; Promote SGS testing services by understanding customers' quality, regulatory, and product compliance requirements.; Conduct customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.; Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities.; Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM.; Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams to deliver effective testing solutions and excellent customer experience.; Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.; Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.; Experience in testing services, scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, test & measurement, engineering solutions, or technical solution sales is an advantage.; Experience serving electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial customers is preferred.; Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.; Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel.
