Sales & Retention Assistant, Magazine Subscriptions

As a Retention assistant, you'll be responsible for retaining our magazine subscription customers throughout the year, ensuring our customers are happy to continue their subscription with us.

Responsibilities

Retaining magazine subscription customers throughout the year; Ensuring customers are happy to continue their subscription; Point of contact for individual customers looking to cancel their subscription; Achieving KPI's and monthly targets; Objection handle, problem solve, and retain customers; Use all relevant and related systems to accurately capture customer data including updating notes and outcomes

Requirements

Customer-focused with questioning and listening skills; Excellent retention or selling and negotiating skills; Prioritise and manage your own workload and time; Work collaboratively within the team and other departments; Customer service experience
