Sales Studio Partner (High-Volume, In-Person Closing Role in NV or TX)

This is a sales job for our portfolio company. Qualified, booked clients are put in front of the sales partner every day, and the partner closes them face to face. There is no cold calling. The role runs one-on-one consults with clients who have already raised their hand, with a fully trained session included. Schedule is Monday to Saturday, fully onsite in either Summerlin, NV or Austin, TX. Posting is open to candidates anywhere in the US willing to relocate to one of the markets before starting.

Responsibilities

Close: run in-person consults and sell packages to booked clients; Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages and higher-value options; Follow up: work your pipeline of leads, no-shows, and past clients; Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals; Track: know your close rate, average ticket, and rebook rate, and work to raise them; Deliver: perform the session (paid training provided, no experience needed) and keep your studio client-ready

Requirements

B2C, B2B, or commission-driven sales experience, or the raw drive to outwork people who do; Love being measured and would rather be paid on output than on hours; Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections in person; Coachable and willing to run a proven sales process before trying to rewrite it; Stay productive working solo, without a manager over your shoulder; Willing to move for the right opportunity
