Sales Team Lead - Grocery (West)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!

Responsibilities

Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills; Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths; Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management; Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals

Requirements

Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role; Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team; Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs
