Sales - Territory Manager - Residential

Currently, we are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Sales – Residential Territory Manager to work collaboratively with our Colorado Windows Sales division. The successful applicant must already reside within the commutable Steamboat Springs, Colorado area. This role involves selling factory direct wood/clad window and door products, preparing and delivering quotes, building customer relationships, and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products; Prepare and deliver timely quotes; Build and maintain business relationships; Create and maintain a solid customer base; Ability to identify potential customers; Knowledge of territory construction activity; Ability to successfully cold call; Help the customers identify their needs; Meet or exceed the customers' expectations

Requirements

At least 2 years' sales experience required; Must already reside within the commutable Steamboat Springs, Colorado area; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient computer and math skills; Attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated; Must thrive in competitive environment

Nice to have

Prior experience in construction and window sales; Working knowledge of residential construction practices; Window and door product knowledge; Construction Industry knowledge
