The ideal candidate will play an important role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.; Translate business needs into Salesforce functionalities and technical specifications.; Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.; Supporting Salesforce integrations with other systems and ensuring data consistency.; Designing and maintaining workflows, processes, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce.; Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.; Conducting testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Salesforce implementations.; Providing end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.; Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field is often required.; Professional experience in Functional Analysis and experience in Salesforce projects (gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders).; Collaborated with different teams and helped connect technical experts with business professionals.; Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues.; Proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional setting.; Being able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, especially in both French and English.; Staying flexible and adjusting to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies.; Approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and thinking critically to resolve issues.; Ensuring accuracy and precision in work to meet business and system requirements.
