Responsibilities

We are now expanding our team and looking for talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice.; As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:; Participate in full-cycle implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Time Management).; Lead and contribute to project phases including requirement gathering, system design and configuration, documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.; Collaborate with clients’ HR and IT teams to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.; Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules in alignment with best practices and client requirements.; Coordinate with internal SAP teams and ensure seamless integration across SAP HCM and other enterprise modules.; Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.; Deliver high-quality consulting solutions and establish long-term client relationships.; Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities.; Build a strong professional reputation as a trusted HR technology advisor.

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.; At least 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or SAP HCM consulting roles.; Hands-on experience with at least one SuccessFactors module (Employee Central, Performance, Learning, etc.).; Solid understanding of HR business processes and cloud-based HR solutions.; Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both technical and business aspects.; Self-motivated team player with the ability to also work independently.
