We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in our site of Québec, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a Scale Clerk , you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and providing courteous service upon arrival,; Weighing trucks and entering information into the system,; Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software,; Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed,; Tracking material shipments and producing required reports,; Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).

Requirements

You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset),; You are proficient in MS Office,; You are organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful,; You are able to work effectively as part of a team.; You have excellent customer service.; You have good communication skills.
