Responsibilities

Supporting schedule and risk management activities across ESA projects and programmes,; Developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules, milestones and performance metrics,; Monitoring project progress and identify schedule risks, issues and mitigation actions,; Preparing reports, dashboards and schedule performance analyses,; Supporting project reviews, planning activities and stakeholder coordination,; Maintaining scheduling tools, processes and documentation,; Contributing to process improvements, training and best-practice implementation,; Supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule and in line with programme objectives.

Requirements

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field,; At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, project control or a related discipline,; Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools,; Strong analytical and organisational skills,; Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment,; Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills,; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
